The project shows a Quantum loop and Quality transformation of the Amsterdam Sloterdijk area that for years now is characterised by urban decline and social economical regression. The multi layered proposal ‘PARK’-Station generates an expressive urban gesture that gives a new identity to Sloterdijk and its surroundings. Beside the transformation of the station, the design foresees new urban facilities and a human scale network of different size public spaces that change the condition of todays’ monotonous office neighbourhood into a new attractive and lively city destination.

The 5th International Architecture Biennale of Rotterdam takes place in the Dutch Architectural Institute (NAI) from 19th of April – 19th of August 2012.
